Do I need new hardware?
Sometimes you’ll need a communicator for reliable reporting (cellular/IP). We’ll price this before you commit.

Is there a contract?
Yes — a 12-month monitoring agreement for the promo price.

Do you cover outside Wairarapa?
Yes — the Lower North Island (Wairarapa, Wellington region, Manawatū, Horowhenua, Tararua). Ask if you’re unsure.

How do you donate to Movember?
We’ll tally new signups from 1–30 November and donate $5 per signup to Movember New Zealand in early December. Receipt available on request.

Terms & Conditions (short)

• Eligibility: New monitoring connections in the Lower North Island. Existing clients adding a new site qualify.
• Term & Price: 12-month agreement at $28 incl GST/month
• Hardware/Setup: Any communicator, site visit, or panel upgrades are additional. A connection/activation fee may apply.
• Response: Patrol/guard callouts are optional and charged separately.
• Timing: Sign up between 1–30 November; activation within 60 days.
• Donation: $5 per qualifying signup donated to Movember NZ in December.
